\Your Role: As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer service calls and directing them to appropriate personnel \
- Preparing paperwork, documentations, reports, and mailings as needed \
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages \
- Entering all incoming forms/correspondence into Enumerate Software to maintain accurate client records \
- Notarizing documents for management as required \
- Performing miscellaneous data entry tasks \
- Managing files, record systems, office supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean work area \
- Processing rental and resale applications \
- Providing backup and assistance to the management team as needed \
What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience \
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills \
- Must be an active notary \
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite \
- Enumenate Software experience is a plus \
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English \
- Courteous and friendly demeanor with excellent phone skills \
- Must be structured, organized, reliable, dependable, and a multi-tasker \
- Able to handle a fast-paced office environment with high call and email volume \
