- Meet and greet visitors and clients in a professional manner \
- Manage customer service calls and direct them to appropriate personnel \
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly \
- Administrative Tasks: \
- Prepare paperwork, documentations, reports, and mailings as needed \
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages \
- Enter all incoming forms/correspondence into Enumerate Software to maintain accurate client records \
- Notarize documents for management as required \
- Perform miscellaneous data entry tasks \
- Manage files, record systems, office supplies, track inventory, and maintain a clean work area \
- Process rental and resale applications \
- Provide backup and assistance to the management team as needed \
- Requirements: \
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience \
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills \
- Must be an active notary \
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite \
- Enumenate Software experience is a plus \
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English \
- Courteous and friendly demeanor with excellent phone skills \
- Must be structured, organized, reliable, dependable, and a multi-tasker \
- Able to handle a fast-paced office environment with high call and email volume \
