Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brock Property Management. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day operations, and support the management team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
  2. \
      \
    • Meet and greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
    • \
    • Manage customer service calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
    • \
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
    • \
    \
  3. Administrative Tasks:
  4. \
      \
    • Prepare paperwork, documentations, reports, and mailings as needed
    • \
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
    • \
    • Enter all incoming forms/correspondence into Enumerate Software to maintain accurate client records
    • \
    • Notarize documents for management as required
    • \
    • Perform miscellaneous data entry tasks
    • \
    • Manage files, record systems, office supplies, track inventory, and maintain a clean work area
    • \
    • Process rental and resale applications
    • \
    • Provide backup and assistance to the management team as needed
    • \
    \
  5. Requirements:
  6. \
      \
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • \
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
    • \
    • Must be an active notary
    • \
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • \
    • Enumenate Software experience is a plus
    • \
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • \
    • Courteous and friendly demeanor with excellent phone skills
    • \
    • Must be structured, organized, reliable, dependable, and a multi-tasker
    • \
    • Able to handle a fast-paced office environment with high call and email volume
    • \
