Brockman Site Development is looking for an Accounting Clerk / Receptionist that will support our financial and administrative team. The ideal fit for this position will be someone who is dependable, detail oriented, autonomous, organized and has effective time management skills.

Main Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable entry
- Vendor Payment Status
- Manage NTO’s and Lien Waivers
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors
- AP filing
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Objectives of this role
- Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of vendor accounts, accurate and timely entry of accounts payable
- Maintain Lien Release log and release requirements for upcoming customer payments
- Assist with month end tasks

This is a full time position Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8 AM to 5 PM).
Job Type: Full-time
