What You’ll Do
- Partner with the agencies' strategies to advise clients on effective marketing, positing strategies, and tactical plans.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to ensure client relationship health, meeting goals while maintaining profitability for projects and statements of work.
- Translate client objectives for the creative team, ensuring alignment with the creative process.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with client executives and key contacts.
- Identify opportunities to expand or create new statements of work that align with clients’ strategic priorities.
- Oversee account management to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and on strategy.
- Leverage healthcare marketing experience to develop data-driven strategies, positioning, and brand-building efforts in collaboration with senior strategists.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications, delivering integrated campaigns across local, regional, and national markets.
- Stay informed on clients’ business, competition, and marketing goals to define business challenges and apply insights effectively.
- Drive marketing plan implementation, collaborating with internal teams on campaign execution, ROI tracking, budget management, and KPI monitoring.
- Lead engagement with external partners, including media buyers, print and production vendors, and digital technology firms.
- Bachelor’s degree required related field, Marketing Communications preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred MBA, MHA, or similar.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing and strategy experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare and hospital marketing preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills; extensive knowledge of the strategic marketing planning process.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to review and analyze a variety of data to develop marketing and positioning recommendations
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing professional results within tight deadlines
- Strong people skills, and the ability to contribute strategic ideas to and communicate effectively and professionally with clients, comfortable with public speaking opportunities and leading client discussions.
