Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components using various welding techniques. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding operations using techniques such as MIG, TIG, stick, or arc welding on materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting components to meet specifications.
• Assemble parts and structures by accurately aligning and securing them prior to welding.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces for strength, durability, and precision.
• Make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Proficient in various welding techniques and equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
