Position Title: CSA Program Director
Hourly Rate: $36 -$38
Hours: 40 per week: Mon-Fri 9a-5p
Location: Brockton CSA
General Statement of Duties: This individual is responsible for the overall supervision of the Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and is the administrative and clinical director of the operations of the Brockton Community Service Agency System of Care.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure fidelity to the wraparound process and the system of care philosophy while developing and maintaining an integrated network of services and supports for youth and families that are individualized, strengths-focused, family-centered, community-based and inclusive of parents in all aspects of service design and delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of quality services to youth and families enrolled in the Brockton Community Service Agency (CSA) system of care by supervising and providing clinical and administrative direction and support to ICCs and other program staff.
- Liaise with other BAMSI programs, CSAs, community providers, schools, state personnel, MCEs, and local officials.
- Establish and ensure the implementation of MBHP/MCE, and agency policies and procedures across the system of care, including required forms and documentation and ensure program compliance.
- Establish and maintain referral database to monitor and track program referrals and enrollees and ensure establishment, facilitation, and continuity for youth, family, and parent/guardian support groups. Complete and/or oversee a range of data collection on service quality and projected outcome measures using the: Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS); Team Observation Measure (TOM); and Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI).
- Ensure efficient coordination of and participation in a 24/7 on-call system that includes mobile crisis response, collaboration with local ESP provider, and crisis stabilization services.
- Manage the CSA budget and the efficient and creative use of flexible funding and monitor services, expenditures, authorizations, billing procedures/practices, the submission of evaluation data, utilization and clinical integrity of services provided by program staff as well as contracted provider agencies to ensure program compliance.
- Provide ongoing orientation and in-services to the Local System of Care Committee regarding resource issues in order to develop solutions and address service gaps, coordinate resources and monitor and ensure continuity between the schools, DCF, DMH, DYS, and local community organizations working with the Brockton CSA.
- Provide orientation and trainings for Brockton CSA on CANS assessment, strengths-based assessments, cultural awareness/relevant practice, crisis response/safety planning, and community resources/awareness, peer support, wraparound, 10 principles of wraparound, phases of wraparound, etc...
- Execute duties to reflect reasonable safety standards. Universal/standard precautions must be utilized and training obtained in areas that constitute risk.
- Perform other related work duties as needed or as assigned by supervisor or designee.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline (i.e. Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family, Mental Health Counseling) required.
- Professional license in respective discipline required (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW…).
- Five (5) years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
- At least three (3) years experience in a supervisory and/or management capacity preferred.
- Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS certification.
- Knowledge and understanding of wraparound process and system of care values and principles and orientation towards systems thinking and processes.
- Ability to partner with families in the design and delivery of services.
- Experience working collaboratively with state agencies, community providers, and community stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have valid driver’s license and own means of transportation.
