SUBJECT:ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – SCHOOL DATA SERVICES DEPT
According to the terms of the contract, the following position is being advertised:
Information Technology Administrative Assistant – School Data Services Dept.
12 MONTHS – SCHEDULE 4
Qualifications:
1.Ability to work with other personnel from the school department, City, state (DESE) and the private sector.
2.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
3.Must have good organizational and communication skills.
4.Must have knowledge and experience in the operation of Infinite Campus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the data entry, maintenance, and reporting of information related to the function of the School Data Services
Department.
2.Perform general office routines and procedures, including, but not limited to, answering / directing telephone calls.
3.Responsible for processing end-user requests.
4.Responsible for providing Level 1 support to all users of Infinite Campus.
5.Assist with the process of state reporting throughout the year.
6.Maintain working knowledge related to system upgrades and uses of Infinite Campus.
7.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Student Information Systems or their designee.
