SUBJECT: Nursing Policy and Procedure Committee
Grant funds are available to support the above-mentioned committee for the remainder of the FY 2024-2025 School year.
QUALIFICATIONS
Nurses
Certified school nurses familiar with the most current School Healthcare guidelines.
Familiarity with the School Nurses Assistance Program (SNAP)(the electronic health record)
Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with the School Nurses Assistance Program (the electronic health record)
Familiarity with the health service policy, protocol and procedure manuals
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend regular scheduled meetings after school. Two, two-hour meetings per month for a total of 4 hours
Review current policies, procedures and protocols against standardized guidelines and update
Present updated policies to school nurses
Compensation: Contractual Rate
Funding: Comprehensive School Health Services (CSHS) grant.
