Are you a bubbly person with fantastic customer service and computer skills? Perhaps you're quiet and have amazing technical computer skills and love puzzles? We have multiple call center positions for both!
Our customer service team needs additional staff to welcome new customers to our family, expertly assist existing customers, and work on routing and other back office functions. Join our staff as a customer service representative and as your skills shine, we'll help you navigate into a position in which you'll thrive!

Daily Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule service appointments
- Coordinate with field technicians for seamless service delivery
- Educate prospective customers about our pest control solutions and initiate service contracts
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- Ability to easily adapt and use new technologies
- Experience in telephone-based customer service, sales and retail experience preferred
- Courteous phone presence and pleasant demeanor
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasional Sundays during peak seasons (April - Oct and Sundays are announced months in advance so you can still make personal plans through the summer!)
- NO SATURDAYS
Compensation:
- Starting at $18 per hour, compensation increases as proficiency is demonstrated (up to $20 per hour with previous experience)
