We are now Hiring a Cafe Attendant!
Compensation: Full-time Hourly, Depending upon experience
Schedule: The schedule will fluctuate, weekends and holidays are necessary
Location: Broken Sound Club – Moonstone Café- 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who will take pride in their work and share our vision of providing first-class customer service in our Moonstone Coffee Shop.
- Provide excellent Customer service to our Members at the Coffee Shop
- Responsible for keeping the shop up to cleanliness standards.
- Responsible for keeping the display window fully replenished.
- Always address members’ needs and requests immediately.
- Excellent service presentation and communication skills
- Completes opening and closing side work including food items & dishware.
- Moves tables and chairs as required.
- Cleaning included but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, and dusting.
- Collect payment from Members and properly charge orders.
- Assure coffee shop machines and supplies are efficient for the operation.
- Must be dedicated and willing to learn our high standards of delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
