Compensation: Full-time Salary, Depending upon experience

Schedule: Retail Pro Shop is open Monday- Sunday Schedule will fluctuate based on business needs

Position Summary:

 Join the prestigious Broken Sound Club the Signature Shop Manager and lead a talented team to deliver an unparalleled retail experience. Greet members and guests warmly and provide personalized assistance and product recommendations. The Retail Signature Shop Manager is responsible for delivery of Broken Sound’s culture and values through superior service in the Retail shop. With a focus on luxury and personalized service, you will oversee our boutique and pro shop, ensuring that members enjoy a curated selection of premium products and exceptional service every time they visit.

As the Signature Shop Manager at Broken Sound, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing golf shop operations while ensuring an exceptional service experience that aligns with the club's culture and values. A passionate leader with in-depth product knowledge and operational expertise, you will curate a selection of high-quality apparel, golf equipment, and accessories to elevate the member experience.

• Ensure high levels of member satisfaction through excellent service.
• Manage daily operations
• Curate a diverse selection of golf equipment , apparel and accessories.
• Develop business strategies to raise the member connection, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Maintain outstanding store visual merchandising standards
• Work closely with the Director of Golf and other department heads to integrate golf shop operations with club events, tournaments, and member engagement activities
• Oversee all aspects of the retail operation including product selection, inventory management, and sales forecasting to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Director of Golf and other departments to seamlessly integrate golf shop services with club events and activities. Foster a strong connection with members through personalized service and driving sales initiatives.
• Manage labor costs, overhead, and staff training to ensure efficient operations. Inspire a culture of teamwork while achieving the shop’s goals. 
• Implement promotional events, trunk shows, and special order initiatives to enhance visibility and member engagement.
• Maintain operational efficiency through inventory control, budgeting, and financial forecasting. 
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, setting the standard for customer service and teamwork.
• Develop creative sales strategies and use performance data to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Design and maintain visually compelling displays that showcase new arrivals, seasonal products, and exclusive merchandise.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper inventory management, and forecast future product needs.
• Build strong relationships with members to understand their preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences.

Qualifications

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• A deep understanding of current trends in golf merchandise and equipment is essential for ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Must have leadership experience.
• Previous sales and retail management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Customer service-oriented with a great personality and demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to Manage store operations independently.
• Ability to lift, push pull u for 50 pounds. Frequent standing and walking required.
