We are now Hiring a Racquets Coordinator!
Compensation: Full-time Hourly, Depending upon experience
Schedule: Day Shift, Schedule may fluctuate depending on department needs
Location: Broken Sound Club - 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496
Essential Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of all racquet events, including tennis and pickleball tournaments, member events, and club championships.
- Coordinate event logistics such as registration, court reservations, communication, and member outreach.
- Work closely with the Racquets team to ensure a seamless experience for members and guests.
- Assist with trunk shows and special events.
Pickleball Scheduling & Administration:
- Maintain and update the pickleball schedule, including open play, leagues, clinics, and special events.
- Assist with managing pickleball team rosters, match schedules, and league communications.
- Serve as a liaison between members and the Head Pickleball Professional regarding team inquiries, scheduling, and participation.
- Assist the Head Pickleball Professional with organizing and managing open play sessions.
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Head Pickleball Professional with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, email correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Help manage court bookings and coordinate with staff to optimize racquets programming.
- Maintain accurate records of event participation, and program attendance.
- Support communication efforts, including newsletters, and promotional materials for racquets programs.
Member & Associate Engagement:
- Provide excellent customer service to members, addressing inquiries and assisting with program sign-ups.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all racquets participants.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of racquet sports, especially tennis and pickleball, is preferred.
- Experience in event planning or sports administration is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D preferred not required.
- Knowledge of Racquets both Pickleball and Tennis strongly preferred
- County Club experience strongly preferred
