We are now Hiring for a Spa Attendant!
Compensation: Full-time Hourly, Depending upon experience
Schedule: Flexible Day Shift
Location: 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility of the Spa Attendant is to process and clean soiled spa and salon linen and to keep treatment rooms, salon area and locker rooms fully stocked with linen. To assist staff to maintain linen and terry levels and restock amenities as needed. This position is also responsible for housekeeping duties during shifts. This position will fulfill the member’s requests for service courteously and efficiently.
- Responsible for the comfort of all members while they are using the locker rooms and relaxation lounges and direct all efforts toward member’s satisfaction.
- Perform all laundry duties. Know how to operate all laundry room equipment.
- Responsible for the cleaning and overall appearance of the facility’s locker rooms, relaxation rooms, treatments rooms and all public spaces and Salon area.
- Responsible for the restocking of amenities in all public spaces.
- Responsible for replenishing all refreshments in the Relaxation Rooms and public spaces of the Salon and Spa.
- Constant communication with the Reception Desk staff on a regular basis to ensure smooth member experience.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
- Escort members to the relaxation lounges when necessary.
- Keep work area clean and stocked at all times.
- Adhere to time off/shift coverage request policy.
- Demonstrate professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations and effectiveness by continued education and training.

- Detail-orientated individual
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Previously housekeeping experience preferred
- Previously hospitality experience preferred
