Position Summary:
Performs Front Desk duties to ensure the efficient operation and delivery of exceptional member service at Broken Sound Club. The Front Desk Coordinator is instrumental in impressing the company standards for professionalism and service quality. The Front Desk Coordinator operates as the scheduling and information hub to members for Spa and Salon services and activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Adhere to all requirements set forth in the Broken Sound Club Employee Policy and Procedures.
· Serve as first point of contact to greet members, respond to inquiries, schedule members for services (both in person and/or over the phone) and perform related tasks ensuring high level of customer service and process efficiency.
· Acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with a member and respect each member’s right to privacy.
· Promote services and activities responding to member inquiries and/or directs to appropriate sources for information.
· Accurately schedules reservations utilizing Spa and Salon Scheduling software.
· Perform general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages or forwarding calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Assist in coordination of efforts between all Front Desk Associates and other departments within Broken Sound Club.
· Responsible for point-of-sale transactions (i.e. member check out, gift certificate, retail sales, etc)
· Maintain thorough knowledge of all operations and services as well as current programming and activities and retail offerings.
· Monitor front desk/workstations and surrounding areas for cleanliness.
· Responsible for re-displaying and re-stocking all retail items and maintaining cleanliness of retail space.
· Responsible for product knowledge and retail sales.
· Follow all opening and closing guidelines and checklists.
· Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to members and fellow employees.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
· Excellent computer skills required
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
· H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
· Retail experience preferred

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
· GED or High School diploma preferred

- Part-time and full-time Availability
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
