Operations –Hybrid
Our client, a midtown asset management firm is seeking an experienced middle office operations individual who is familiar with trade processing and has of knowledge of stocks, bonds and options, etc. Basic reconciliation skills
Balancing automated Break Sheets experience
Excel spreadsheets
Security Master set up.
Must be Familiar with:
Settlements and comparison of equities, muni’s and corporaten
Options
Trade corrections including Customer and Street.
DTC and NSCC helpful
FIS/Phase3 system .
Required
College graduate
Min 2 years operations experience in a broker dealer
Series 99 or willing to take and able to pass within 6 months
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
