About the Role
Bromley Landscape Design is seeking a highly capable and self-directed Senior Landscape Architect /Project Manager to lead project coordination and client interface across a range of high-end residential projects.
This is the ideal position for someone with deep experience, strong design and technical skills, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced firm. This position is also perfect for someone who is interested in managing the studio and its growth.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project workflows from concept through construction documentation.
- Act as a primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Translate loose direction into actionable tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and review design drawings, planting plans, and technical documents.
- Maintain oversight of project schedules, budgets, and progress checkpoints.
- Assist in implementing studio workflows and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, and problem solve.
- Attend client meetings or site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Strong background in high-end residential design across multiple firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent plant knowledge and technical detailing experience.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and graphic.
- Positive attitude and sense of accountability.
- Licensed Landscape Architect preferred but not required.
- Based in or near the NYC Metro area with ability to travel to Bedford, NY as needed.
Position Details
Status: Full-Time (40 hours / week)
Benefits: Vacation, Personal Time, Paid Company Holidays, Health Insurance subsidy.
Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000/year
