Bronco PM Services, LLC is seeking to hire a lead technician with diesel engine and heavy-duty equipment maintenance experience.

Candidates must:
-Have at least 2 years of experience as a mechanic working on diesel powered equipment (tractor/trailers, forklifts, etc.)
-Be able to perform maintenance in all conditions with little or no supervision
-Be willing to perform maintenance duties in a shop, on location, or on the road as safety regulations allow
-Be familiar with DOT compliance regulations
-Be able and willing to comply with all OSHA standards, as well as company mandated safety regulations
-Possess a valid driver's license

Summary
As the Lead Heavy Diesel Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of diesel engines and heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will utilize your core skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Your premium experience with OEM equipment and fabrication will enhance our operational capabilities. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and welding will support our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
