Job Title: Lead Countertop Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Countertop Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing high-quality stone countertops, including granite, marble, and quartz.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay range of $28.00-$31.00 per hour, depending on experience. You will work Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and assess installation areas to ensure accurate dimensions.
• Remove old countertops and prepare the site for new installations.
• Cut, shape, and polish stone countertops with precision.
• Install and secure countertops, ensuring proper alignment and durability.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and designers to meet project goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior installers or apprentices.
• Inspect post-installation work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in countertop installation is a plus.
• Proven experience installing stone countertops (granite, marble, quartz, etc.).
• Proficient with tools and techniques for stone cutting, shaping, and installation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing).
