Summary/Objective
The installer is responsible for the installation of stone countertops in residential settings. On occasion there may be commercial installations.
Essential Daily Duties:
- Complete installations proficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Appropriately identify and work to resolve customer issues
- Ensure completion of all appropriate paperwork
- Track equipment and supplies to keep inventory up-to-date
- Retain up-to-date knowledge of company products
- Able to keep calm and maintain positive attitude in a high-stress environment
- Perform additional duties as required

Work Environment
This job operates on residential and, at times, commercial job sites. This role travels daily and employee is expected to manage their time and be flexible.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. Equipment is provided to make it easier to move and carry stone pieces on the jobsite; some heavy lifting, pushing and pulling is required where equipment is not manageable. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Workdays are typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until job completion.
Required Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a team effort environment
- Previous carpentry and/or construction work
