Piano Instructor
Bronx, NY
Bronx House is seeking part-time Piano Instructors on Saturdays as well as after school hours Tuesdays through Fridays, at our School for Performing Arts. The Piano Instructors are responsible for individualized instruction in piano as well as group instruction, maintaining up-to-date progress notes on each participant, and following up with participant families. The Piano Instructors work within the guidelines, policies and mission of Bronx House and report to the Performing Arts Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in ensuring the highest value of music instruction and programming is provided to Bronx House members and its participants.
- Assist and participate in strategic recruitment and programming events.
- Lead small group instruction and / or private lessons.
- Assist with tracking student attendance and development.
