We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for our skilled nursing facility. This critical role will focus on building strategic partnerships, particularly with hospitals and healthcare systems, to drive referrals and patient admissions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly skilled nursing, with proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing. We need someone who is passionate about healthcare marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies : Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, attract referrals from hospitals and healthcare providers, and promote patient admissions.
- Hospital and Healthcare Partnerships : Build and sustain strong relationships with local hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to drive referrals and strengthen our position in the community.
- Strategic Outreach and Networking : Represent the facility at relevant healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and cultivate professional relationships.
- Marketing Operations Oversight : Manage all marketing operations, including developing annual budgets, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking performance to ensure alignment with the organization’s business goals.
- Digital and Traditional Advertising : Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including traditional advertising, digital media, and social media, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Referral Program Management : Design and manage initiatives that encourage hospital discharge planners, physicians, and case managers to refer patients to our facility.
- Content Creation and Brand Messaging : Lead content creation efforts, ensuring messaging is compelling, clear, and tailored to both healthcare providers and potential patients. This includes copywriting for brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis : Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adjust marketing strategies and drive growth.
- Collaborative Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with facility goals and objectives.
