As the Marketing Coordinator, your goal will be to provide our guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Design and produce brand-aligned visual assets (social content, email graphics, print materials, signage, presentations, etc.)
- Assist in planning and scheduling content for social media, blog posts, and email newsletters
- Maintain and implement brand standards across platforms and departments
- Organize and manage our digital asset library (photos, logos, creative files, etc.)
- Support marketing and planning efforts for events, partnerships, and club programming
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and sponsors to ensure marketing deliverables are on-brand and on time
- Help keep project timelines, content calendars, and campaign milestones on track
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and self-motivated mindset
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Instagram, and WordPress is a plus
- A passion for craftsmanship, the outdoors, or legacy-driven brands is a bonus
Schedule & Flexibility
- Approx. 20 hours per week
- Hybrid: Must be available for some on-site work in Victor, Idaho, with flexibility to work remotely for other tasks
- Occasional availability for on-site events or meetings is preferred
