Job Overview :
We're looking for a Director of Healthcare Product Management for Care Management to lead the development and growth of Brook's core platform for Remote Care. This role focuses on enhancing Brook's products and services to better support chronic condition management. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with healthcare software systems like EHRs, care delivery, practice management tools, billing systems, or revenue cycle management systems.
You'll collaborate with engineering, product teams, and stakeholders to build core platform features that support internal and external applications. This includes working closely with Product Analytics, Design, and other teams to ensure a seamless experience for users across platforms.
This role involves direct interaction with users, from patients to healthcare administrators, to understand their needs. You'll define and deliver platform services that bridge the gap between business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring solutions meet real-world challenges.
Our Platform team is key to solving company-wide challenges. By analyzing data from product analytics, customer feedback, and marketing, the team identifies opportunities to improve the user experience for providers and patients alike. Your work will simplify and enhance these interactions, making Brook's platforms intuitive and impactful.

Strategic Product Leadership :
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for digital health platforms aimed at managing chronic conditions, aligning with the broader goals of the healthcare ecosystem
- Lead the development and refinement of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities that address the needs of providers and patients
- Play a leadership and mentoring role within the overall product management team by lending your knowledge and experience to teach others what you know
- Design and implement new product ways of working utilizing the best AI tools available

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week onsite in Seattle, and 2 days remote.
