To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Cycle Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing our billing and revenue cycle management processes, ensuring optimal reimbursement, and driving operational efficiencies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full revenue cycle process from superbill submission to ensuring timely and accurate claim processing with multiple insurance providers.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Brook, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure efficient claims management and reimbursement.
  • Implement strategies to proactively pursue reimbursements, reduce denials, and expedite payments
  • Ensure thorough verification of patient benefits and accurately record patient responsibilities in the EMR.
  • Lead the accounts receivable and billing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all stages of the billing cycle.
  • Foster strong communication with our partners and internal staff to maintain timely processing and ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical billing and AR management within a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex billing processes and insurance interactions.
  • Extensive expertise with Medent or equivalent EMR systems (strong familiarity with 3-4 other EMRs considered as a substitute for Medent).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc for data analysis, financial reporting, and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Epic/Cerner Certification (highly preferred) or equivalent credentials.
  • Medical Billing Certification (strongly preferred).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement and optimization


This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week onsite in Boston, MA or Buffalo, NY and 2 days remote. Salary is based on experience and hiring location.


This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation. The candidate must live within a commuting distance from the office location.

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Buffalo Office)
85,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Boston Location for Job Posting)
