Job Overview: As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be part of the store's management team, overseeing daily operations and supervising store personnel. Your responsibilities include opening the store, serving as keyholder/supervisor on duty, training and coaching associates, modeling customer service, addressing team complaints/challenges, and maintaining store appearance, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities and Duties include lending support to sales floor management, cashiers, and administrative functions, while ensuring accountability for cash management activities, including counts, deposits, drops, and petty cash. You will also be responsible for verifying discounts, refunds, credits, and audit balancing, as well as maintaining company records in accordance with policy and applicable laws. Additionally, you will foster a teamwork atmosphere, handle customer questions and concerns, and address performance issues promptly and respectfully.
