Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists Supervisor with workflow management, sorting, prioritizing orders to ship.
- Have a working knowledge of all scanning, packaging, and shiprite procedures including all aspects of exception shipping desk.
- Working knowledge of freight shipping
- Provide job training and assist with team questions
- Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments and quality concerns.
- Verify all incoming shipments for correct PO number and quantities
- Working knowledge of Entapps, & OM Retrieve, able to make updates and corrections.
- Create special forms, export documents, certificate of compliance, carton and core labels and packing slips.
- Lifts up to 50 pound boxes of labels repetitively throughout the day and push/pulls 75-150 pound carts on wheels. Moves skids and crates by using pallet jack and forklift.
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Must be able to effectively multitask
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
- Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment with one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions including but not limited to exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels, & chemicals.
- Incumbent constantly required to walk, stand, grasp, reach, bend, stoop, twisting, and use of manual dexterity for prolonged periods of time.
- Incumbent regularly required to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary : $17 - $21
