Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage content creation, and support brand initiatives to drive engagement and business growth. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Develop and manage content for marketing materials, website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive strategies.
• Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and advertisements.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and PPC advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
