Position Description: We are looking for an Inside Sales Support to join our team at Brookaire. The successful candidate will provide valuable customer service and support to our customers in the market. He/She will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, answering customer phone calls, processing orders, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner Maintain accurate customer records Process customer orders according to company policies and procedures Answer customer phone calls and provide product information Follow up on customer inquiries and orders Utilize sales and marketing techniques to increase sales Maintain strong relationships with customers Monitor and track customer feedback Resolve customer complaints Remain up-to-date on product information and changes Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle customer complaints Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial What you can expect Autonomy to do your job provided it is within budget and aligned with department objectives Support & guidance from management Tools, equipment, training and other resources needed to carry out your job Reporting to: Inside Sales Team Leader Direct Working Partners: Account Managers Business Development Reps Customer Service Manager At Brookaire, we value motivated individuals who value integrity and teamwork.
