Hi! We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Stamford, CT!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Pay: $45k plus unlimited Commission

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring quality candidates to meet the Agency’s staffing needs. In collaboration with Recruitment Researcher and Recruitment Assistant, ensures that all pre/post-employment administrative functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with Agency/Governmental requirements Works closely with hiring managers to keep abreast of their recruitment needs, build recruitment strategies to ensure their recruitment needs are met and advise them of recruitment trends and tools. Participates in job fairs and other recruitment outreach activities. Works under general supervision.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent work experience required.
Experience: Minimum of three years broad-based experience recruiting for positions in a variety of disciplines and levels (e.g., health care, business, technical, management) required; or, alternatively, at least one year of experience at VNSNY as an Associate Recruitment Specialist or in a position at/above the specialist level, plus at least two years of related experience. General knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws, regulations, rules and practices required. Effective verbal, written and presentation skills required. Personal computer skills, including experience using recruitment HRIS systems, required. General experience in internet-based recruitment preferred. Experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment plans required. Project management skills preferred.
