We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Home Care Agency Scheduler/Caregiver to assist in leading and inspiring a dedicated team of caregivers in providing exceptional, compassionate care to seniors in the North Raleigh area. This is a dynamic role that blends both scheduling and hands-on caregiving responsibilities, offering a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.The ideal candidate will possess prior scheduling experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. You will play a key role in assisting in managing day-to-day operations, supporting and developing a caring, motivated team, and ensuring quality care is consistently provided. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively utilize home care software and systems are essential. Ensures community is adequately staffed in order to meet resident’s care and service needs and in accordance with the company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Prefer one year experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting.

Management/Decision MakingUses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents. Knows when to refer issues to supervisor and when to handle them personally.
Knowledge and SkillsHas a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has working knowledge of the organization. Must have knowledge and working capability of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary Range Information
