Marketing Specialist at Brookdale Farms Enterprises LLC

Brookdale Farms in Eureka, MO is a 300 acre event venue farm. We are looking for an entry level marketing specialist to join our team and work closely with the Director of Marketing and General Manager to help promote the farm. We are located at 8004 Twin River Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, creative, detailed oriented, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

·       Be the voice of Brookdale and respond to social media and email inquiries.

·       Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing.

·       Plan and manage photo/video shoots for promo materials.

·       Build relationships with influencers, local media, and the community.

·       Act as the online face of Brookdale Farms to promote events.

·       Go live during major events to increase Brookdale event and brand awareness.

·       Coordinate with media partners for major events.

·       Attend local events and trade shows to promote the farm and network.

·       Work with local companies and community to secure sponsorships for major events.

·       Help brainstorm new ideas to improve marketing and customer experience.

·       Communicate with all event attendees pre and post event.

·       Facilitate survey distribution and prepare feedback reports.

·       Collaborate seamlessly with the Director of Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing brand visibility.

·       Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and General Manager.

Work Schedule

• Work schedule will vary based upon planned Brookdale events.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00/hour.
