We have an exciting opening for a talented marketing specialist who not only loves to work with people but also possesses strategic thinking, creativity and the drive to deliver outstanding results.
To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record of success in marketing, coupled with exceptional organizational and communication skills. As this is not an entry-level position, we require a broad understanding of marketing strategy, demonstrated expertise in traditional and digital marketing tactics, experience with a variety of social media channels, creating engaging short-form video content, copywriting, and proficiency in using design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Account management. You will play a critical role as the primary advocate and manager for approximately 10-12 of our valued customers at any given time. Your expertise in account/projet management, coupled with your passion for delivering exceptional service, will be key in ensuring the success of our client's marketing campaigns.
- Creating, scheduling, and posting social media content to grow brand awareness and boost sales.
- Develop and manage strong/positive relationships through client engagements, including regular face-to-face meetings, weekly telephone calls, and email communication.
- Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
- Guarantee compliance on client deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal strategists, writers, and account directors to ensure that we deliver the highest quality work that reflects the client's objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to support an ongoing strategy.
- Proactively recognize trends on social channels and produce supporting data to positively impact client deliverables.
- Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner, informing the Director of Marketing of any problems that may arise.
- Update account plans for each client are updated with all current and relevant information concerning the client and the campaign.
- Ensure all campaign processes and procedures are complete, exceed quality standards, and effective.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing or CEO.
