We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director with a background in Senior Living to drive revenue and exceed sales goals across assigned Brookdale communities. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, leading sales teams, and ensuring rapid occupancy growth. You’ll be responsible for coaching associates, making high-impact sales calls, and collaborating with leadership to optimize community performance. This position requires overnight travel at least 20 days a month, with assignments that may change frequently. Qualifications
Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is required. Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis up to four years.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements : Requires a valid driver’s license and frequent car and / or air travel as needed.
Knowledge and Skills : Possesses extensive knowledge of a distinct skill or function and a thorough understanding of the organization and work environment. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations to include applicable processes for the product line(s) being sold. Ability to operate smartphones, personal computers, and related software is required.
