Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Paralegal to provide support to attorneys and senior paralegals at a fast paced law firm. The right candidate will have a minimum of three years recent experience working as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm, will be highly motivated, and will enjoy working in a challenging environment.
Core duties will include, but are not limited to, extensive contact with clients, experts, and counsel. You must have existing experience drafting discovery responses; preparing correspondence; preparing deposition, mediation and trial notebooks; as well as trial prep and/or trial attendance experience. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEASRS OF PLANTIFF PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong written and oral communication skills required. Self-starter. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills: able to deal effectively with others in a pleasant, professional manner. A strong knowledge of the personal injury litigation process. Able to travel as needed. Able to work overtime on weeknights and weekends as required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.
Must be sharp, smart and detail oriented
