Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as Marina Yard Help. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the marina yard, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks in the marina yard
• Keep the yard clean and organized
• Assist with boat launching and hauling
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
