What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Lane Manager position at Brookfield Chrysler?
We offer a walk-in quick lube service at our dealership. It is a high-volume, fast paced environment. Our customers are very loyal and we like to make sure we are quick with our service. We also need to make sure we help them understand our services and the status of their vehicle.
We need someone who can work directly with customers when they come into the quick lube and make sure the following happens:
1. Customers are treated courteously
2. The services are done right, fast, and safely.
3. Any products that the vehicle may need are presented to the customer (air filters, tires, etc.)
4. Paperwork and process are filled out correctly
5. Maintain a great attitude - You are the face of the business
Our pay is very generous. We have a very aggressive bonus plan that rewards hard work, positive attitude, and following our process.
