Job Overview
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to site management and staff.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to site management and staff, including managing calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings and conferences, and screening incoming calls.
- Process purchase orders (P.O.'s) and invoices as directed.
- Work with Procurement processing requisitions, purchase orders and completing monthly accruals.
- Assist with compiling presentations, reports and special projects as assigned by the management team.
- Organize internal meetings for managers including scheduling/order food/refreshments as needed.
- Coordinate and assist in gathering information as required using sound judgement in determining priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
