Who we're looking for? Join our team as a Certified Med Aide and make a meaningful impact on senior living care. Key Responsibilities :
  • Administer medications per state regulations and maintain accurate MAR documentation.
  • Report medication errors, side effects, and changes in resident conditions to the nurse or physician.
  • Manage medication storage and narcotic handling within regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide compassionate care and communicate resident updates during shift changes. Qualifications :
  • Certified Med Aide : 1 year of experience in senior living.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid / CPR certification. Certifications :
  • Current KS / CMA license required, in good standing with the state.
  • CPR certification is preferred. Physical Demands :
  • Must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear regularly.
  • Use office-related equipment, such as a telephone, fax, copier, and computer.
  • May assist in evacuating residents in emergency situations. Work Environment :
  • Typically, a low to moderate noise level in the work environment.
