Who we're looking for? Join our team as a Certified Med Aide and make a meaningful impact on senior living care. Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications per state regulations and maintain accurate MAR documentation.
- Report medication errors, side effects, and changes in resident conditions to the nurse or physician.
- Manage medication storage and narcotic handling within regulatory guidelines.
- Provide compassionate care and communicate resident updates during shift changes. Qualifications :
- Certified Med Aide : 1 year of experience in senior living.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid / CPR certification. Certifications :
- Current KS / CMA license required, in good standing with the state.
- CPR certification is preferred. Physical Demands :
- Must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear regularly.
- Use office-related equipment, such as a telephone, fax, copier, and computer.
- May assist in evacuating residents in emergency situations. Work Environment :
- Typically, a low to moderate noise level in the work environment.
