The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in business development, can handle C-suite conversations and put forth exceptional presentations. An understanding of healthcare philanthropy is a big benefit.
This position based in Texas, with travel required for presentations, industry events, and periodic visits to BrookGlobal’s head office in Winnipeg, Canada. BrookGlobal has registered entities in both the US and Canada, offering exciting cross-border opportunities and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Create opportunities that are not currently in the pipeline.
- Maximize opportunities that are currently in the pipeline.
- Qualify opportunities, hitting SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) KPI weekly.
- Conduct accurate needs analysis with prospects to help drive sales strategy and top-level presentations.
- State and nation-wide travel for executive presentations, with primary focus on Texas and surrounding states.
- Cold-outreach lead generation through phone, email and virtual meetings.
Qualifications/Attributes
- Understands consultative/concept selling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Senior-level business development experience, experience within the non-profit healthcare sector would be a benefit.
- Able to achieve and exceed business development KPI’s ($ of SQL’s), with ability to handle rejection.
- High energy, relentless pursuit of new opportunities.
- Highly motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled at managing priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Clear understanding of consultative selling
- Strong written and verbal communication.
