Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe and positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers regarding their development.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program that aligns with best practices in early childhood education.
- Provide first aid when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all students.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and assessments.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Experience in roles such as nannying, babysitting, or infant care will be considered an asset.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere conducive to learning.
