Brooklawn Country Club is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our food and beverage team. This includes waitstaff, expediter and banquet positions. Previous experience is required for this opportunity. Must be 18yrs of age and have reliable transportation. This is for full-time staff looking to grow in the country club industry. Part time work is available upon interview. Weekend availability is a must. Food and beverage knowledge, along with POS system and dining services are required. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and coaching abilities are important.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Setup side station and performs assigned side work.
• Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
• Distribute food, wine, and cocktail menus and answer questions.
• Ensure that the correct account numbers and names are given for billing.
• Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner and offer daily specials and wine selections suggestions.
• Check back to ensure member and guest satisfaction.
• Keep areas neat and organized.
• Perform opening and closing tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Attend pre- and post-meal meetings.
• Perform other appropriate tasks as necessary.

We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions. We are looking for candidates who are available to work 25-40 hours per week. Weekend availability is a must.

• Able to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual and reliable.
• While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
