Description

Brooklyn Bottling, the maker of the Tropical Fantasy brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Midwest Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our presence in the region. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage sales, distributor, and wholesaler management.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary : Starting at $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
Benefits : Full benefits package including paid vacation.
Car Allowance : Provided to support regional travel.

Location : Texas or Louisiana

Key Responsibilities :

Distributor and Wholesaler Management : Build and maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers to drive sales and ensure effective execution of programs.

Sales and Growth : Expand our brand's footprint by increasing sales, enhancing distribution, and acquiring new territories.

Trade Engagement : Work actively in the trade to understand market needs, support key accounts, and implement growth strategies.

Budget Management : Oversee customer budgets and design programming to improve performance and profitability.

Travel : Regular travel across the Midwest region to manage accounts, visit distributors, and oversee operations.

Reporting : Utilize computer skills to manage reporting, sales tracking, and communication effectively.

Position Requirements

MUST LIVE IN LOUISIANA OR TEXAS

Sales Experience 3-5 years

Proven experience in the beverage industry , with a focus on DSD and managing distributor networks.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of growing brands and territories.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with computers and sales management tools.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
