YOU WILL:
- Focus on driving revenue through the management of BKB’s service offerings & supporting national sales strategies
- Support teams in implementing national sales, operations and service initiatives via business planning processes to drive revenue and quality control at the local level
- Co-create with local teams on facility-led initiatives in alignment with quarterly goals that drive revenue, foster continued product growth, support member engagement and retention
- Manage and oversee BKB’s service offerings/products (not all may apply in your facility):
- Group Fitness & Personal Training
- Climbing programs
- Youth programs & Youth Climbing Team (BKBeasts)
- Facilitate monthly staff scheduling process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of all team members
- Audit programs and classes to ensure all products are meeting Product Departmental Standards.
- Work with GM to manage labor budget , including adjustments commensurate with revenue
- Support performance management of team members
- Be present during peak weekday weekend business hours, which will require intermittent 6-day weeks, as dictated by business necessity
- All other duties as required
YOU HAVE:
- Experience managing multiple departments, including the ability to demonstrate and prove success managing weekly & monthly quotas
- Demonstrated proficiency in successfully rolling out new products and services and managing change
- High level skill in people management and professional development including the ability to use a progressive discipline policy to manage performance
- Expert level skill in creating and managing profit and loss statements over multiple disciplines
- A proven track record of developing your direct reports
- A background/and or documented experience in finance or data analytics
- Clear communication skills
- Schedule availability for nights and weekends
- CPR and AED certified, or ability to get certified
- A passion for meeting and exceeding deadlines and standards for quality

- Experience with Approach
- Rock climbing experience
