What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coat Check and Front Desk Attendant position at Brooklyn Bowl?
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and guest questions w/ 100% certainty
Assisting our bowling concierge by handing over bowling shoes and helping to organize parties
Checking in/out coats and personal items in our coat check
Assisting with and completing the sale of BK Bowl merchandise
Customer service skills are an absolute must!
The ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivated, and has great attention to detail
The ability and drive to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment is essential.
* Availability on Friday, Saturdays, Sundays (MANDATORY), and at least one weeknight.
