- 2-3 years of experience as host, lead host, or leadership role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
- Experience with RESY reservations system
- Able to handle high volume and being solution based
- Must be able to follow and understand expectations within their department
- Natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to complete tasks in a timely manner
- The ability to convey warmth to guests as they walk into the restaurant while being able to clearly articulate reservation details while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
