Your Role Will Include : Addressing behavior concerns using an equitable, strengths-based approach and assisting staff with behavior management strategies. Fostering a positive environment by building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Leading the development and implementation of a social-emotional curriculum. Managing daily site operations, including problem-solving and directing staff and community partners. Ensuring compliance with program requirements (e.g., attendance tracking, meal counts, student-to-staff ratios). Maintaining the physical, social, and emotional safety of all students. Delivering high-quality lessons to groups of up to 20 students, accommodating diverse developmental and learning styles. Providing support during transitions, meals, and playtime. Supervising and collaborating with volunteers and community partners. Managing registration systems, tracking attendance, ordering supplies, and collecting program data. Working effectively with district departments, including nutrition services and building maintenance. Communicating behavior management strategies and responses to families, ensuring alignment with program values. Providing classroom support as needed.
