We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes, leading staff education and training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in long-term care
