Our team is actively hiring for a Full Time Dental Office Coordinator to support our growing team in Cleveland, OH. This is a private practice and not a large corporate position. We are people business first, dental business second. The starting pay for this position is $25/hour or more depending on the right person and experience.
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am-1pm.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm and Friday 7:30am-1pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Oversees petty cash fund.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Performs other clerical / administrative related duties as assigned.
Required education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration, business, or related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience in a dental office is required.
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or management role is preferable.
