Overview of Brooklyn Football Club Brooklyn FC is defining the future of soccer in America. Job Title: Team Operations Intern
Position Length: Summer 2025
Job Overview:
The Operations Intern will be involved in the day-to-day operations of Brooklyn FC’s Operations department. In this role, you will assist in multiple aspects of team operations to ensure efficient management of the team on and off of the pitch.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and execution of team logistics, including training sessions and in-office work
- Support the coordination of team related events, meetings and activities
- Assist in inventory and equipment management
- Assist with game day operations, including stadium setup, player and staff coordination, and fan engagement activities
- Provide support to the Operations and Sporting staff as needed
- Conduct research and analyze data
Qualifications and Skills:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program - Interns must receive college credit for their position
- Knowledge of the sport, both domestically and internationally
- Ability to strive in a collaborative, team-driven, environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise tasks, discretion, and sound judgment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
