About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who thrives on digging into data and transforming it into actionable strategies. You’ll play a key role in understanding customer behavior, analyzing marketing performance, and informing strategic decisions across digital and in-store initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer & Market Insights
· Analyze guest behavior, preferences, and trends using first-party data, customer surveys, and third-party tools
· Build customer profiles and segmentation to drive targeted marketing campaigns
· Support the development of guest journey maps and loyalty strategies
· Campaign Performance
· Measure the effectiveness of promotions, social media, and digital advertising
· Provide actionable insights on ROI and performance drivers
· Develop clear, compelling reports and dashboards
- Competitive & Industry Research
- Track local and national competitors on pricing, promotions, menu innovation, and guest experience
- Benchmark against industry trends in fast-casual and breakfast segments
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with culinary, operations, and finance teams to align on business goals and marketing initiatives
- Partner with external agencies and vendors on data and campaign execution
· Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in a marketing or consumer insights role, preferably in restaurants or retail
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical/reporting tools
- Strong storytelling and data visualization skills
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
· Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with loyalty programs, POS systems CRM platforms, or digital marketing analytics
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Bikky, and survey platforms
- Knowledge of the Florida and Texas markets is a plus
